Since the dawn of civilization, those who spoke powerful truths paid a heavy price.
Why was Jesus crucified?
Why was Socrates poisoned?
Why was Martin Luther King Jr. assassinated?
Because truth—real truth—hits hard.
It disrupts.
It threatens livelihoods, egos, and entire systems built on illusion.
And those who benefit from those illusions?
They’ll do anything to protect their position…
Even go as far as killing the messenger.
These messengers die for daring to awaken something deeper in the hearts of others.
Here’s the thing—
If someone’s doing something you don’t see value in, just leave it be.
But if you’ve found something good…
And you’re not using it to enhance the world…
You’ve got to ask yourself:
Are you truly embodying that good?
Or are you part of the reason the world still needs people willing to pay the ultimate price just to open our eyes to those deeper truths?
