Do you have your basic needs met?


Do you have a job, or better, a career?


Do you know how to use your time outside of work productively?


Do you take care of your mental and physical health? Do you eat healthily, meditate, and exercise?


Do you have a good relationship with your family?


Do you have friends you can count on, that want to see you win?


Do you have an intimate relationship? (not necessarily a sexual partner, but someone who you can confidently confide in).


Do you manage your temptations effectively?

Do you put effort into educating yourself?


I tell everyone that comes to me for advice/feedback: it’s the little things that count. Before you start trying to build your empire, make sure you have your foundation right. Otherwise, you’re going to be in for some rough times. Success without happiness is incredibly destructive.
